Cup of Hope

Cup of Hope morning to you, April is already starting to fill up. With teenagers and school events plus youth events, then my ladies events and Lee's September Rain schedule our calendar fills up fast. We woke up this morning to no school, day off for the girls, Lee took today off to register his car, and few more appointments, and today is my normal clean up after weekend day. I try not to do any housecleaning on Sunday, sometimes I have to wash a load of laundry.

Yesterday our Pastor Jim spoke a Hope, from Romans 15:13

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."

Psalm 25: 1-7
"To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul; in you I trust, O my God. Do not let me be put to shame, nor let my enemies triumph over me.
No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame, but they will be put to shame who are treacherous without excuse.
Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
Remember, O Lord, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old. Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you are good, O Lord.
much more to read, I would suggest you grab a cup of coffee, and dive into this Psalm and enjoy.

Through our trails in life, hope in God helps us grow our faith in the one we believe in. God is our Great Hope, Aurthur, Foundation of Hope, Builder of our Hope, Finisher of Hope. God is all these things and more, learn to grow deeper in our God of Hope.

(song)
everything rides on hope now
everything rides on faith somehow
when the world has broken me down
your LOVE sets me free....

I noticed you follow the Assembly of God blog. Are you AG? Just wondering, for my husband is an AG pastor.

Thank you for your encouraging words. Take care. May God bless you and your ministry.
