If you came here from Natassa Blazaki  you are hopping along....welcome!

Let's get started with my Fall project.... An Altered Paper Pumpkin Canvas!
I knew I wanted to create a paper pumpkin, I grabbed a couple of the
to create the paper pumpkins...I love the old wallpaper feel
and florals with hints of old text.

I first started with a hand drawn template onto chipboard, cut out a
base template and then the pumpkin template pieces.

Here is a closer look at the 7Gypsies Architextures papers cut out in
paper pieces. To help give depth to each piece I used Vintage Photo
in Distress Ink to distress the edges of the paper pieces.

I glued down the outer edges of the paper pumpkin pieces, and to
give depth to the pumpkin I popped up the middle piece to help
give pumpkin life and movement.

Now onto the canvas, I started with The Crafter's Workshop
White Gesso painted on a few layers to prime the canvas.
I do love how this Gesso goes on so smoothly!

I went into my scrap drawer I gathered up a few paper scraps of 7Gypsies, as well as Tissue Stock Kraft and burlap  by Canvas Corp
Using up your scraps and fiber leftovers to create
beautiful backgrounds for your canvas art is a fabulous way to add texture.

Next I grabbed a few stencils and TCW Light and Fluffy Modeling Paste
placing them in a few areas over the canvas. Allow to dry.

After the canvas dried completely I started to give the canvas layers in color using Tattered Angels glimmer mist is a ray of colors. Please forgive me I was so into painting the canvas I forgot to snap a photo to share with you....oops! Once the canvas was dry I lightly brushed over the stencil patterns with Gesso to add highlights. Then I used a charcoal pencil to give shadow and depth to the canvas and around the pumpkins after I adhered the pumpkins to the canvas. Here is a  close up paper pumpkins on the canvas. I hope you have enjoyed my Fall altered paper pumpkin canvas.

  9. I was diagnose of herpes virus year 2010 then my life got devastated i have no idea what I could do with my life anymore until I came across a old friend of mine tiffany whom we study together back then in college, she was an african america I explain to her my current health condition she laughed and say that is not a problem because she know a traditional herbal doctor from african whom will cure me completely with a herbal medicines I wow about the conversation then she gave me the herbal doctor email address drjekawo@gmail.com Dr Jekawo replied my mail and I was so happy and he explained how the treatment will go through 25 days, I agreed I paid the preparation fee of the herbal medicines and I received the herbal product within few weeks after preparation of the herbal medicines, I drink the herbal medicine as instructed I must confess that Dr Jekawo is a great traditional herbal doctor I go for a rapid test I was cured completely then I recommend him to my mom whom suffering from dementia and my husband whom was suffering from prostate cancer also get cured by Dr Jekawo. I want to use this your platform to thank him so much and to also recommend him to anyone suffering from herpes, cancer, fibroid, prostate infection, parkinson, gonorrhea, hiv, chlamydia, hpv, hepatitis and so many diseases Dr Jekawo can cure with his ancestral herbal knowledge is beyond my imagination.
I thank God for everything because my health conditions have really showed me the other side of life that I ever knew.
