After reading Teresa Collins blog this morning, my heart is full of inspiration to live out what I am passionate for and follow my dream. I love teaching and creating scrap booking, cards, altered items. My heart skips a beat to see on other faces "wow I created that" showing others what's deep down inside of them is there own creative style.

Thank you Teresa for sharing your passion with us.

creative around the house
My daughter Olivia made this poster for her bedroom walls, Olivia is very creative person, her favorite thing is to splash paint on stuff. Great work Livy!!all material is CTMH except the green card base.
This is what I am working on right now, while my studio room is a mess with the living room furniture is in my studio while we finish the walls. I love this fall decor, I am going to make some more. Still need to put some finishing touches on it. Can't wait to hang it up.Monday, August 10, 2009

Inspiration pics found!! enjoy
Sorry for lack of blogging.
I am so sorry for my lack of blogging here at creative scraps, our summer has turned out to be pretty busy even if it is raining. Now that summer camps are over, babysitting for me is done, now I thought things would slow down nope, Lee has vacation starting this weekend, I have a scrapbook retreat and right in the middle of that we have a family bbq for my nephew before he leaves again of Iraq. Plus I want to get the living room done so my studio can be mine again, everything is a mess.
The girls only have 5 weeks left of summer vacation, and the last three weeks soccer starts ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't schools know that kids need a break.
anyway, life is moving fast and I want to enjoy the little moments spent with my family. more to come.

Here is Olivia with a frame she painted, the next one is of me playing with paint, I will post pics of the finish items with the heat that is going on it will be a little while before we can finish them. I want to add more to mine. See the sewing machine I am going to sew a little too, now that it is raining again. nice pic peggyWednesday, July 29, 2009

update
just a quick summer update, we have been very busy these past few weeks, with kidz camp that my oldest daughter was a counselor at, then she came home to unpack, wash, pack again. Plus we went to a Gospel Festival in Whitefield, NH (our home town). My man plays with September Rain Band and Lee sang by himself as well. Then on that following Monday I took my daughter back down to camp for teen camp. Baby sat two babies for a week, returned to pick up Olivia, and yesterday our Church partakes in the Street Fair in Lancaster, NH. We pass out water, free face painting and bands play. I do have pics just not uploaded yet. Then last night September Rain had a show up in Colobrook, NH, so it was another late night, and early morning we are getting ready for church. I hope I get a nap today. Lawn needs to be mowed.! yeah!
I hope things slow down a little so I can create something soon.
